ACYPL Gala

Podium Arts collaborated with the leadership of the American Council of Young Political Leaders to conceive and produce the annual Gala for the historic organization. The event was given a make-over, enhancing the traditional annual dinner by locating it in a grand space and creating a classy, bright, modern setting for attendees. Completed on a limited budget, the event featured the use of large floor to ceiling sheers and branded banners, taking advantage of the height and abundant sunlight of the space. The decor was topped off with the striking use of luminescent, inflatable stars, rigged on a custom lift and wire system to work around the lack of any hang points in the historic room. The set-up, production and strike of the event took place in one standard day. Podium Arts continues to produce the annual event for the ACYPL.
